"France is the largest country in Western Europe and a key member of the European Union. It has a varied landscape ranging from coastal plains to the Alps in the south-east. Farms and forests cover a large proportion of the country, and agricultural products - particularly wine and liqueurs - are major exports. France once had one of the world's largest empires. Most of its former colonies are now independent, but French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, St. Pierre and Miquelon, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna and the Southern and Antarctic Territories all still have links with France."

May I first state that Sébastien Tellier is NOT divine, he is weird. This song gets on my nerves. It feels like it's been written by someone who was SERIOUSLY high at the time. The opening music is very happy-clappy, away-with-the-pixies and hippy-ish.
I feel like this guy doesn't quite know his lyrics, as at the start of each verse, he stutters a random letter. (???)
It stops in the middle, getting your hopes up that its finished, only to find that the guy has run out of happy pills and become depressive but all of a sudden becomes high again with his little band of people saying 'bop' and 'beep' and other such stuff.
A truly random and very weird track form France this year.

Nathan's view
Totally weird sums this song up in two words. It takes 40 seconds for him to even say a word. I do, however, like the way he stutters the first letter at the start of each verse. It stops in the middle, a good use of pause, but you do think that it's finished when you first listen to it. It becomes sort of sad and depressed at this point and then it becomes all happy and jolly again. It seems that France have joined the joke entry pile this year.
